From one session to a full set of records
Consider a quarterly town hall at a Dubai free-zone company. The chief executive speaks in English, the head of operations answers questions in Arabic, and the live session runs Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu and Filipino channels for staff across sites.
After the event, the communications team receives:
| Record | What you receive | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Recordings | Audio of every language channel | Sharing with staff on leave or shifts |
| Transcripts | .docx and .xlsx per language | Minutes, intranet summaries, Q&A follow-up |
| Subtitle files | Standard files per language | Subtitling the video before publishing |
| Usage report | Languages, duration, listeners per language | Showing who the session reached |
The usage report helps plan the next one. If a language had few listeners, you can drop it. If a group was missing, you can add their language next time.
Conference transcription in Arabic and English
Arabic transcripts follow what the system heard and interpreted. Like any machine output, they can contain errors with names, dialect, heavy accents and people talking over each other. A glossary prepared in advance improves names and terms, and Precision mode enforces them for legal and government sessions. Review transcripts before you publish or circulate them.
When you need a certified record
A machine transcript is not a certified document. When a written record must be submitted to an authority, attached to a contract file or relied on formally, Sim Trans can review the transcript against the recording, translate it and certify it. This is handled by the Sim Trans certified translation team in Dubai.
Retention and deletion
You choose how long we keep recordings and transcripts, and we delete them on request. Data is processed in the EU region by default, with UAE processing available on request. Our security and privacy page explains the details.
Records come from the same session as our live AI interpretation, so there is nothing extra to set up on the day. For the full flow from feed to files, see how SIM.AI works. Records are especially useful for corporate events and town halls.
