This policy explains how the SIM.AI website at ai.sim-trans.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have. It sits alongside our privacy policy.

- Our website analytics are cookieless and show only aggregate figures.
- We use a very small amount of strictly necessary storage, described below.

What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as session storage and local storage) and tokens set by scripts. They can be used to make a site work, to remember choices or to track activity.
Strictly necessary storage is needed for the website to work or for a feature you have asked for. The law does not require consent for it. Everything else, such as analytics cookies or advertising cookies, needs your consent before it is used.

The security check runs on pages with forms. The service may process your IP address and browser signals to detect bots. We receive only the result of the check. It is not used to track you or for advertising.
Cookieless analytics
We measure how the website is used with a cookieless analytics service. It does not store cookies or other identifiers on your device and does not follow you across other websites. It gives us aggregate figures, such as page views and referring sites, so we can see which pages are useful and improve the rest.
When you click the WhatsApp button, we count the click. We record only the event name and the page path, with no identifiers, and we do not store anything in your browser to do it.
If you then open WhatsApp, WhatsApp (part of Meta) operates that service under its own terms, privacy policy and cookie policy.
Before we add any other cookies
We have no plans to use advertising cookies. If we ever want to use analytics cookies or any other non-essential cookie, we will:
- update this policy first, listing each cookie, its purpose, who sets it and how long it lasts;
- show a consent banner with an equally clear choice to allow or decline;
- not load anything optional until you have chosen to allow it;
- remember your choice in your browser’s local storage (under the name sim-consent-v1) so we do not ask on every page;
- give you a simple way to change your mind at any time.
How to control cookies and storage
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. Check your browser’s help pages for instructions.
- Session storage: the WhatsApp tooltip flag is cleared automatically when you close the tab. You can also clear it by clearing site data for ai.sim-trans.com.
- Private browsing: using a private or incognito window clears storage when you close it.

Our website links to other websites, such as the main Sim Trans website and WhatsApp. Those websites have their own cookie policies, and we are not responsible for them.
