These terms cover the website only. When an organisation books SIM.AI services, our terms of service and the order apply instead.

The website is operated by SIM TRANS LEGAL TRANSLATION - L.L.C - O.P.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and trading as Sim Trans Translation Services (“Sim Trans”, “we”, “us”). SIM.AI is our AI solutions division. Our full details are in the legal notice.

You may use the website to learn about SIM.AI and Sim Trans, read our resources, and contact us.

Information on the website

- features marked “coming soon” are not yet available, and timings may change;

SIM.AI, Sim Trans and SIM-TRANS Translation Services, and their logos, are our names and marks. Client logos shown on the website belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Nothing on the website gives you a right to use any of these names or logos.
What you send us
When you send us an enquiry, please make sure the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential documents through the contact form. If you need to share confidential material, ask us for a secure way to do so.
We handle the personal data you send us as our privacy policy describes.
Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as the main Sim Trans website and WhatsApp. We include them for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute about the website or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
