Live AI interpretation
Live interpretation for your event, on every guest’s own phone.
SIM.AI interprets your speakers in real time into up to 12 languages at once, as audio and captions, a few seconds behind the speaker. Guests scan a QR code, choose their language and listen through their own earbuds. Sim Trans sets it up, runs it and watches every channel.

What it is
Simultaneous interpretation, delivered by software and run by interpreters.
What you get
- Spoken interpretation in natural voices, with a choice of voice and accent per channel.
- Live captions in each language, with “Show original” for the speaker’s own words.
- Your terminology applied consistently: names, titles, products, legal terms.
- A Sim Trans technician on site, and every channel monitored throughout.
- Recordings, transcripts and subtitle files after the session.
What it is not
- Not a replacement for certified interpreters in legally binding proceedings or sensitive negotiations.
- Not perfect: names, heavy accents and crosstalk cause most errors. A glossary helps a great deal.
- Not an app your guests must install, or equipment you must count back in.
The guest experience
From their seat to their language in seconds.
-
Step 1: Scan
A QR code on the table card, the badge or the screen. One scan opens the page. No app, no account, no sign-up.
-
Step 2: Choose
Every available language, listed in its own script. One tap and they are connected.
-
Step 3: Listen
Live interpretation through their own earbuds, with captions on screen to read along.
Two-way panels
When the panel switches language, the room does not notice.
Gulf panels move between Arabic and English mid-answer. SIM.AI follows the speaker automatically, so a guest listening in Urdu hears Urdu throughout, whichever language is spoken on stage.
- نحن نؤمن بأن التعليم هو أساس التنمية. → EN · “We believe education is the foundation of development.”

Up to 12 at once
One speaker. Twelve language channels.

Honest guidance
Where a human interpreter is the right call, we provide one.
Sim Trans is a translation company first. For courtroom hearings, arbitration, medical consent, sensitive negotiations and VIP protocol, we recommend certified human interpreters, on their own or alongside AI channels for the rest of the programme.
Where it is used
Built for the events we run every week.
- Conferences and summitsInternational delegates follow the main stage in the language they think in.
- Government and public sectorTown halls, briefings and training with confidentiality and a clean record.
- Corporate events and town hallsWhen the room speaks four languages and the message cannot blur.
- Religious and community eventsLectures and gatherings for Arabic, Urdu, Malayalam and Filipino speakers.
Questions organisers ask
What is AI interpretation?
AI interpretation turns a speaker’s words into spoken interpretation and captions in other languages as they speak. It combines speech recognition, machine translation and synthetic voices. With SIM.AI it reaches each guest’s own phone, a few seconds behind the speaker.
Is it the same as a translation app?
No. A translation app is something each guest has to install and hold up to a speaker. SIM.AI takes a clean feed from your sound desk, runs up to 12 language channels for the whole room, applies your glossary, and is monitored live by our team throughout the session.
How accurate is it?
Accurate enough for most conferences, briefings and town halls, but not perfect. Names, strong accents, overlapping speakers, poor audio and idiom cause most errors. A glossary and Precision mode reduce them. For legally binding or high-stakes sessions we recommend Sim Trans human interpreters or a hybrid set-up.
What do guests need?
A smartphone with a camera, a mobile connection or the venue Wi-Fi, and earbuds if they want to listen. Guests who prefer to read can follow the captions with no earbuds at all.
Can a panel switch between Arabic and English?
Yes. When a speaker changes language mid-session, the system follows automatically and every channel keeps working. Guests listening in Arabic hear Arabic throughout, whichever language is spoken on stage.
How much notice do you need?
Tell us the date, the venue and the languages as early as you can, especially if you want a glossary or Precision mode prepared. Adding a language later is a setting, not a new booth, and can even be done during a live session.
