We price each event on its programme: how long it runs, how many languages and rooms it needs, and whether some sessions need human interpreters. Listeners are unlimited. Send us the outline and you will get a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours. Running events often? Ask about subscription packages.
What shapes the quote
Six things decide the price.
- Duration
- Half day, full day or a multi-day programme, and how many hours each day runs.
- Number of languages
- How many channels run at once, up to twelve, and for which sessions.
- Number of rooms
- Each room with its own audio feed runs as its own session, with its own technician where needed.
- Preparation
- How much terminology work your sessions need. Precision mode adds linguist preparation and a review step.
- Human interpreters
- If some sessions need Sim Trans interpreters, they are quoted per interpreter and per day.
- Location
- Dubai and Abu Dhabi are our home ground. Elsewhere in the UAE and the GCC, travel is part of the quote.

Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the honest answer depends on your programme: hours, rooms, languages and whether some sessions need human interpreters. Send us the outline and we will come back with a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours.
Do you charge per guest or per listener?
No. Listeners are unlimited. The quote depends on duration, languages, rooms and services, not on how many people scan the code.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. Alongside per-event quotes, we offer subscription packages for organisations that run events regularly, and for Interpreter Assist. Tell us how often you run events and we will suggest a package. Self-service sign-up and online payment are coming soon.
Can we talk it through first?
Yes. Book a consultation and we will go through your programme, languages and rooms with you before we quote. Or message us on WhatsApp.
Can we add a language on the day?
Yes. Adding a language is a setting, even during a live session. If it changes the quote, we will tell you before we switch it on.
